We cannot accept returns for obvious reasons but our goal is to make you happy and to feel satisfied! If for some reason you are not satisfied, please feel free to reach out to us via our contact page and if it is a reasonable request, we will do everything in our power to make it up to you: Replace order, full or partial refund, or credit on future order.
Shipping Policy

The only reasons we will NOT refund:
Shipping address was entered incorrectly.
The address was changed after shipment or refused upon delivery.
You were unavailable to receive order and it spoiled
Your order was returned due to refusal or incorrect address.
Upon ordering, it will populate what shipping you qualify for based on you shipping zip code. Please double check before check out. If you are in CA and you do not qualify for local delivery, you will receive your package by UPS 2nd day delivery in an insulated cardboard box with dry ice or additional insulation.
Please inspect your box and its contents upon delivery.
If you receive a box that’s damaged, leaking, or warm to the touch (above 40°F), take photos immediately and contact us.
We’ll happily review the situation and—if we or the carrier made a mistake—replace the food or refund the affected portion of your order.

Ensure contents are cold (40°F or below).
Immediately place in freezer or fridge.
Thawing and reheating instructions are on every box. Enjoy!
We are CA certified in food handling and take every necessary precaution to ensure the safety and quality of our food. From the moment you receive the shipment, it becomes your responsibility to care for it so please follow the instructions.
